You cleaned and then stored my clothing, linens, rugs, etc. for the past
eighteen months. Two of your employees delivered all the materials to my
condo yesterday. I would be remiss if I did not let you know what your
service has meant to me.

First of all, I have never had anything but very pleasant interactions with
your staff members. Having experienced the terrible fire, the reluctance of
our insurance company to cooperate with the reconstruction of our condos, the
tedious lawsuits, and many setbacks since December of 2005, you can
just imagine how refreshing it has been to know my things were well cared
for and Dry Cleaning Specialties always did their best to accommodate me.

The condition of all items returned to me yesterday was impeccable. Some
things looked brand new, others were cleaned and polished to look better
than I remember them. It was obvious that you and your staff are very
organized and it was like Christmas morning being able to go through the
closet and the boxes to find everything in excellent condition.

This is my expression of sincere appreciation for your services which were
above and beyond any expectations. Thank you for your conscientious
attention to my possessions and for the kindness and professionalism
extended to me during such a negative period of time. Please feel free to use my
