"You cleaned and then stored my clothing, linens, rugs, etc. for the past eighteen
months. Two of your employees delivered all the materials to my condo yesterday. &
I would be remiss if I did not let you know what your service has meant to me.
First of all, I have never had anything but very pleasant interactions with your staff
members. Having experienced the terrible fire, the reluctance of our insurance
company to cooperate with the reconstruction of our condos, the tedious lawsuits, and
